Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final.

All products sold by Superior Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not for human or animal consumption. To maintain product integrity, safety, and quality standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. We cannot verify proper handling, storage, or environmental conditions after products leave our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at support@superiorcompounds.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a detailed description of the issue.

We will review all claims on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement or account credit at our discretion. Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
